A reintroduction and what to expect for 2026

Hi loves,

If you’re new here—welcome. And if you’ve been around for a while, consider this a slow, deliberate reintroduction.

I’m Tonic. I’m a somatic coach, facilitator, and devoted explorer of bodies, desire, and devotion. Sin & Tonic is the place where my work gets more personal, more erotic, and more spiritual—the space where sexuality isn’t just something we do, but something we listen to, play with, and let shape us.

A lot of what I create lives at the intersection of pleasure and presence. I’m interested in how we stay embodied in hard times, how we reclaim desire without pressure or performance, and how sex—when held with care—can be playful, healing, sacred, and wildly alive.

Here’s how this space is shaped right now—and what’s unfolding in the coming year.

For all Sin & Tonic subscribers:
This is where you’ll hear about upcoming events, classes, and offerings, along with access to much of my writing. In 2026, I’m planning more in-person gatherings: sex-positive play parties, workshops on sensual touch, sacred sexuality, sex magick, and somatic healing. I’ll also be hosting lower-cost or free community spaces—like the Polyamory Support Circle and subscriber meetups—because I believe connection, learning, and support shouldn’t always require a big financial yes.

Most of my writing here will remain free: reflections, essays, and thought-experiments drawn straight from my lived experience and my work with intimacy, nervous systems, and relational repair.

Tonic’s Free Range Consensual Harem:
This is the deeper opt-in space—the place for those who want to meet me where things are more raw, devotional, and erotic. Here I share audio messages, writing, and photos from my own spiritual and sexual adventures. These are the pieces that feel too intimate to offer without clear consent: the moments of lust, prayer, play, embodiment, and curiosity that I want to share only with people who want to be there. Sometimes that includes photos that make me feel sexy. Sometimes it’s a whispered thought from the edge of an experience.

If you’ve followed my work before—my somatic workshops, sex-positive events, or writing about self discovery through pleasure—you’ll recognize the through-line: staying with the body, staying with love, and refusing to let fear, shame, or systems steal our aliveness.

I’m really glad you’re here, wherever you land in this ecosystem. Thank you for being part of what I’m growing, experimenting with, and offering this year.

With warmth and a little mischief,
Tonic

P.S. A note on AI + transparency:
You’ll sometimes notice that my emails—especially ones focused on logistics, announcements, or clear communication—are shaped with the help of an AI collaborator. I’m choosing to use this support so I can spend more of my time on what only I can do: planning events, creating audio and photo content, and writing long-form, deeply personal essays. When something comes straight from my lived experience or my body, you’ll know it. I care about being upfront with you, and this feels like part of practicing consent and integrity in how I create.
