Spring 2026 has multiple points for you to connect with me for coaching, workshops, and playful events for better intimacy

Hello friends,

As the year unfolds, I wanted to share a few updates about what I’ve been working on and some opportunities coming up for us to connect in person.

This year has been a season of learning, exploration, and laying the groundwork for new offerings. I’ve been planning travel to conferences and community events where I can both learn new skills and present workshops, continuing to deepen my work around embodied awareness, intimacy, and authentic connection.

I’ve also been spending a lot of time reading and studying. Two books that have been particularly impactful lately are Love in a F*cked Up World by Dean Spade and In an Unspoken Voice by Peter Levine. Both explore, in very different ways, how we navigate relationship, trauma, and the possibilities of healing and collective care.

Discovery Session (FREE) Rachel Moore - Certified Somatic Sexologist
Discovery Session (FREE) - A chance for you to get to know me, learn more about what somatic coaching looks like and how it can help you find more joy, pleasure, and self-acceptance in your intimate relationships.

Alongside my coaching work, I’ve also been nurturing a creative project called Sin & Tonic—a blog where I explore the intersections of sexuality, spirituality, embodiment, and fantasy. It’s a space where I’m experimenting with writing more openly about the ideas and experiences that shape my work.

And of course, one of my favorite parts of what I do is bringing people together in thoughtful, welcoming spaces. I have a few upcoming events I’d love to invite you to.

Polyamory Support Circle
March 18th • 6:30–8:30 pm
6310 E Kemper Rd, Sharonville, OH

This month’s topic: Money and Multiple Loves

Is polyamory only accessible for those with disposable income? Or do you dream of living with multiple partners so you can split the rent with more than one person? How has money impacted your experience with non-monogamy?

The Polyamory Support Circle is a monthly, lightly facilitated gathering for people in open or polyamorous relationships to connect, learn, and be supported. Each circle includes a simple theme—such as communication, coming out, or navigating challenges—along with open sharing, reflection, and celebration of wins.

Not a dating space. Not a workshop.
Just a welcoming community circle for real, many-hearted lives.

This event is free, with an optional $10 donation to help cover space and facilitation costs.

Tonic for Life Coaching & Events Open House
March 26th • 6:30–8:30 pm
6310 E Kemper Rd, Sharonville, OH

If you’ve been curious about my work, this is a great chance to come say hello and learn more about what I offer.

The evening will include time to meet me, ask questions about somatic coaching, and hear about the kinds of events I’m creating through Tonic for Life and Tonic After Dark.

These sex-positive events are designed to be:

• Welcoming to newbies
• Friendly to neurodivergent folks
• Inclusive of queer and questioning humans
• Comfortable for singles and partnered people alike

All of this is rooted in enthusiastic consent and clear communication.

If you’ve been looking for connection-forward, sensual (but not performative) spaces where you don’t have to already “know the rules,” this gathering is for you.

Introduction to Somatic Work for Better Intimacy
April 12th • 4–6 pm

Discover how somatic techniques can deepen connection and improve intimacy in everyday life.

In this introductory workshop, we’ll explore simple practices that help you tune into your body’s signals, increase awareness, and build stronger connections with yourself and others.

Whether you’re completely new to somatic work or simply curious to learn more, this event offers a friendly, supportive space to explore your body’s wisdom.

Cost: $10 per person

I’m excited about the ways this work continues to evolve—through study, community, creativity, and shared exploration. If any of these events resonate with you, I’d love to see you there.

And as always, thank you for being part of this growing community.

Warmly,
Rachel
