For too long, religion has told us that our sexuality makes us unworthy of God. That desire is dangerous. That our bodies are sinful.

But what happens when we stop hiding? What happens when we bring sexuality and spirituality back together—where they always belonged?

Sin & Tonic: A Somatic Experience of Sexuality, Spirituality, and Healing is a time of remembering. Together, we’ll give voice to the shame and pain we’ve carried, and we’ll feel what shifts when our erotic selves and our sacred selves meet again.

I’ll guide us in creating a container of honesty and care. We will share and reflect on the ways religion and sexuality have intersected in our lives. Then explore how traditions across the world embrace sacred sexuality. Finally, I’ll step into my goddess self to deliver a sex-positive sermon, weaving our shared stories into a blessing for healing.

This isn’t theory. It’s an embodied invitation: to feel your wholeness, to let the split between desire and divinity begin to close.
